Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a motivated Event Destination Specialist to help clients plan unforgettable group travel, destination celebrations, corporate retreats, incentive trips, and special events from a remote setting. You will guide prospective clients from inquiry through booking, research destinations and venues, prepare compelling proposals, and follow up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and corporate events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, budgets, dates, and group size.
• Research destinations, venues, cruises, and packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and room-block summaries.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and experiences.
• Guide clients through booking with professionalism.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, and deadlines in the CRM.
• Coordinate travel logistics such as accommodations and transfers.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns and referral follow-up.
• Identify upsell opportunities like excursions and extensions.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat.
