Job summary

Flex is seeking a seasoned concierge specialist to serve our high-profile cardmembers. This remote role requires delivering white-glove service, crafting bespoke experiences, and secure, discreet handling of sensitive information across global venues.

You’ll respond to concierge requests, provide personalized dining and entertainment recommendations, coordinate with service providers, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury destinations. Availability during US business hours is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in multiple languages preferred.
• Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests.
• In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and trends.
• Proficiency in technology, including booking systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and surpassing the needs of our high-profile members.
• Provide personalized recommendations tailored to cardmembers' preferences and interests.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury destinations, venues, and events worldwide.
• Act as intermediary between cardmembers and service providers to meet requests and SLAs.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
