Flex is seeking a Travel Specialist to craft bespoke itineraries and curate unforgettable experiences for cardmembers. You will coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring fast, precise communication.

The role emphasizes luxury travel knowledge, strong negotiation, and exceptional client service. It is a fully remote position with US timezone availability and a focus on both domestic and international itineraries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales and white-glove service.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Skilled in effective negotiation.
• Extensive knowledge of travel reservation/booking platforms.
• Highly effective problem-solving skills.
• Exceptionally precise, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience coordinating music tours or adhering to business travel policies a plus.
• Available during US timezone business hours.

Responsabilités

• Speak with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Oversee the sale and coordination of transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
• Offer clients insights on destinations, cultural norms, customs, weather, and activities.
• Manage payment collection, arrange travel bookings, and facilitate payments of necessary fees.
• Resolves travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds with vendors.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Stay up to date on the latest in travel trends.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation of bookings, payments, transactions, and client/vendor interactions.
