Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
• 2+ years in leadership or management with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency for complex fare rules and ticketing.
• Data-driven leader who uses metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Stays calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across core functions and coach daily.
• Own shift operations with real-time decisions and priorities.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences, including VIP bookings.
• Drive process improvements and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high SLA adherence and data accuracy across shifts.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale.
