Job summary

CareDx is seeking a National Sales Director for Cell Therapy & Transplant to lead the commercial strategy and build out a national sales organization across hematology-oncology and transplant centers in the United States.

The role requires leadership of field-based sales professionals, launch experience for new products, and deep knowledge of the hematology-oncology landscape. Remote work is allowed; travel up to 50-75% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of people management experience with success leading sales teams.
• Experience launching new products or commercial organizations preferred.
• Prior hematology-oncology sales experience required.
• Experience selling into large academic medical centers, hospitals, health systems, and complex oncology centers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting systems, and business operating frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for AlloHeme and future Cell Therapy & Transplant products.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Establish sales processes, metrics, and infrastructure for forecasting and CRM.
• Lead national and regional strategies to engage large academic medical centers and cancer centers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial objectives.
