Job summary

Paragonix Technologies, a Getinge company, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead clinical account management and sales results within organ procurement organizations and transplant centers. This field-based role reports to the Area Sales Director and requires close collaboration with national teams.

Responsibilities include quota achievement, increasing market share, and delivering clinical training across hospital sites, with substantial travel and remote work from the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.A./B.S. or equivalent education or experience.
• At least 3 years years of OPO, Transplant, Medical Device experience, Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain quota across assigned OPOs and transplant centers.
• Serve as the in-person Paragonix face and primary representative to OPOs.
• Differentiate Paragonix products with clinical data, trainings, and conferences.
• Provide case support and guidance on device usage to medical teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Logistics, and regional sales teams.
