Qualifications

• Strong clinical understanding of the transplant system and OPO landscape.
• Ability to train others and lead account-based initiatives.
• Minimum BA/BS or equivalent and 3+ years in OPO/Transplant/Medical Device sectors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Maintain or grow ASP and market share within assigned OPOs.
• Serve as the in-person Paragonix representative to OPOs.
• Differentiate products from competitors through data and training.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Logistics, and Sales teams.
• Provide field inventory support and case coverage as needed.
