Qualifications

• Proven Procurement Specialist experience in the lumber field.

Responsibilities

• Supplier management: identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Procurement planning: develop purchasing strategies for lumber and building materials and analyze market trends.
• Order management: place orders, monitor inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Cost control: monitor purchasing costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
• Inventory management: coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information; prepare reports.
