GPAC in partnership with a growing logistics company is seeking an LTL Freight Broker to join a leading team investing in the LTL division. This remote role offers autonomy, supported by an elite operations team, letting you focus on moving freight and scaling your desk.

The role demands a hunter mentality with proven LTL sales and brokerage experience, lane expertise across North American routes, and the ability to close deals while maintaining volumes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics space.
• Verifiable production numbers (monthly GP, load count, and margins).
• Strong communication and leverage rates with carriers and shippers.
• Remote environment requires self-motivation and discipline.

Responsabilités

• Source and secure new LTL customers.
• Build and maintain long-term shipper relationships.
• Rate negotiation with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with ops to ensure service excellence.
• Meet or exceed monthly gross margin goals and KPIs.
