Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to govern LTC models and controllership processes. You will oversee valuation, projections, and data flows, guiding controls to meet professional standards.

You will collaborate with valuation, inforce rate actions, and analytics teams to strengthen governance and risk management. The role requires a BS/BA in a math-related field and FSA/ASA designation with 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.

Responsabilités

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
