Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. You will oversee LTC model governance, data flows, and controls, ensuring compliance with standards and internal policies.

In this remote US role, you will partner with valuation, inforce rate action, projections, and data analytics teams, driving improvements and peer reviews. Strong actuarial credentials and 5+ years LTC experience are expected.

Competenze

• BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• FSA or ASA designation with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience in actuarial processes.

Mansioni

• Review and govern LTC actuarial models and processes for controls.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer reviews for model development and enhancements.
