Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists may opt into specialized tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Join a 100% remote 1099 contractor role with built-in clinical support, streamlined admin, and steady referrals.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
