Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high‑quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility, a steady caseload, and supportive clinical resources.

Therapists choose Brightside for private practice flexibility, built-in referrals, and access to clinical support like case consults and CAMS training. Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
