Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. You’ll join a flexible, supportive practice with built-in clinical community, referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and streamlined operations.

Role supports various programs and requires a Master’s/Doctorate with CBT experience. Expect a steady caseload, remote work, and a focus on measurable outcomes across adults.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
