Victory Mind Mental Health Solutions seeks licensed professionals to join our clinical team as Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). This full-time telehealth role enables you to deliver therapy from home in Glendale, AZ while helping clients build resilience and well-being.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and brief approaches, collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, demonstrating an ability to work with challenging cases.
• Proven understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, showcasing demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work scenarios.
• Competency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology for effective client management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research.
