Qualifications

• This role requires an active and unrestricted LPC license in CT.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.
• Strong ethical and legal practice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and documentation.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with standards.
