Job summary

White Plains Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time role delivering telehealth mental health services to adults, families, and communities in need. The LPC provides intake assessments, ongoing therapy, and case coordination to support client goals.

Qualifications include a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and NJ LPC licensure, with at least one year of outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure valid in New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year outpatient clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and build therapeutic relationships with professional ethics.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing person-centered therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and updates.
• Participate in regular supervision for professional development and case review.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
