Job summary

Prairie Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. The role offers a competitive salary of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year and requires an active PA LPC license with at least two years of clinical counseling experience.

The LPC will conduct assessments, coordinate care, document progress, and collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support diverse patients including adults and youth dealing with trauma,

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ ongoing needs.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Maintain meticulous records and progress notes.
• Lead training sessions to ensure proper documentation and program implementation.
• Communicate with supervisors and care teams about patient progress.
