Job summary

Westwood Family Psychotherapy is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote, multidisciplinary team in Pennsylvania. This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate mental health services to individuals navigating life challenges, with autonomy to manage your caseload and schedule.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in supervision and committee activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania LPC licensure.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience with direct client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and maintain documentation per standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and collaboration with the clinical team.
• Engage in multidisciplinary committees to advance clinical practices.
• Meet department performance goals and KPIs.
