Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably clinical.
• Familiarity with EMR software and relevant tech tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors, care staff, and family to monitor progress.
• Create monthly schedules detailing appointments and observations.
• Coordinate home visits and in-home observations and document findings.
