Peer Support Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for full-time, salary USD 87,000–105,000 yearly. The role is fully remote, delivering telehealth mental health services to a diverse patient population in the community.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, delivering therapy, coordinating with primary care, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or related field.
• Current LPC license.
• Knowledge of mental health assessment, DSM-IV diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred; bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with primary care to integrate mental health within an integrated care team.
• Conduct patient intakes with diagnostic and functional evaluations and plan treatment.
• Deliver focused therapies and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Advise on referrals to specialty mental health services when needed.
• Follow up on progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Create relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients.
• Coordinate care across providers with patient authorization.
• Document all interactions in the treatment record.
• Educate patients on self-management and adherence to protocols.
• Consult with clinic management to enhance behavioral services.
• Promote healthy behavioral changes and overall wellbeing.
• Maintain Code of Ethical Conduct and professional standards.
