Urban Renewal Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time position serving underserved communities in the United States. The LPC will assess, treat, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining rigorous documentation and ethical practice.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, individualized treatment planning, and collaboration with partners to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Must possess a valid LPC license in the state of Texas.
• Strong foundation in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in developing integrated care plans and screenings.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based methods.
