Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of collection or relevant experience, preferably in automotive.
• Previous experience in late-stage collections is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage time daily to ensure productivity and goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of delinquent accounts 80+ days past due.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions to improve team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
