Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing accounts, especially delinquent accounts, is preferred.
• Skill in making and receiving calls to resolve customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of delinquent accounts 80+ days past due.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
