The role requires 5-7 years in a call center setting with vendor management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive related experience in a call center environment with vendor management accountability.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience or leading projects.
• Auto Finance industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal laws governing collections practices.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members and coach for performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach staff to achieve key performance metrics and mitigate loss results.
• Monitor performance trends across queues, teams, and individuals.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and development planning.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Partner with internal departments to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps and improve results.
• Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and segmentation approaches.
