Qualifications

• 4 years in loss mitigation or mortgage servicing.
• Strong knowledge of loss mitigation processes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track regulatory requests to meet response timelines.
• Research and respond to inquiries for timely regulatory responses.
• Provide root-cause analysis with imaging as required.
• Collaborate with Loss Mitigation managers on resolution actions.
• Pair with departments to address loan-level issues.
• Maintain a database of issues and monthly management updates.
• Serve as SME for Loss Mitigation teams.
• Identify training opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Minimal travel support may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
