• Complete Loss Mitigation tasks.
• Manage accounts in Open Litigation and follow up on cases.
• Participate in coaching, training, and personal development sessions.
• Perform duties in accordance with AVB Core Values and timely follow-up.
• Maintain schedule requirements to achieve department adherence.
