Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Loss Mitigation Associate to manage delinquent accounts through the legal lifecycle. You will handle inbound calls, assist residents and clients, and coordinate with attorneys to prepare and forward notices.

The role requires problem solving, empathy, and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Remote work capabilities with strict network requirements are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic service across all call queues; resolve conflicts; support audits, emails, and adjustments.
• Research and review accounts with balances and prep/forward to external attorney firms.
• Complete Loss Mitigation tasks.
• Manage accounts in Open Litigation and follow up on cases.
• Participate in coaching, training, and personal development sessions.
