Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is expanding its Loss Control services and seeks an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections and generate underwriting reports.

The role involves driving to client sites, documenting interior and exterior conditions, and evaluating exposures to support underwriting decisions. Responsibilities include observing, measuring, photographing, and reporting findings while maintaining timely delivery of assignments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines—Property, General Liability, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong written communication and time management skills.
• Excellent writing ability, organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work from home with a PC, high‑speed internet, and a cell/smart phone.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet.
• Digital camera or smartphone with picture capability.
• Measuring wheel or similar tool and camera pole.

Responsabilidades

• Recording onsite observations, taking measurements and photos according to carrier requirements.
• Identifying building and roof construction type, square footage, potential hazards.
• Timely completion of assignments/reports according to due dates.
• Regular communication with Field Manager to complete inspections cost‑effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinating inspection times with insured representatives onsite.
• Preparing and reporting inspection results, uploading photos and diagrams.
• Driving to and from insured locations; some overnight travel may be required.
