Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) seeks an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance inspections and document underwriting reports. You will assess facilities, photograph sites, and note exposures to support accurate policy underwriting.

Work travels to insured locations with some overnight stays; you will prepare findings and diagrams on the online portal, coordinate with field managers, and help clients reduce risk across Property, General Liability and Inland Marine lines.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major insurance carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines: Property, General Liability, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong writing, organization and computer skills.
• Ability to work from home with a PC and high-speed internet.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet.

Responsabilidades

• Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building and roof construction type, square footage, hazards.
• Complete assignments/reports timely.
• Communicate with Field Manager to complete inspections efficiently.
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured representatives onsite.
• Prepare and report inspection results and diagrams; upload photos online.
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
