Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) seeks an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to conduct commercial loss control inspections across its coverage area. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, photos, and creating underwriting reports for insurers.

You will drive to locations, observe facilities, document operations, and deliver timely reports through our online system. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or carriers.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance lines: Property, General Liability, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and computer skills.
• Work from home capability with PC and high-speed internet.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet.
• Digital camera or smartphone for photos.
• Measuring wheel and camera pole.

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, measurements, and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building construction type, square footage, and hazards.
• Complete assignments and reports by due dates.
• Coordinate with Field Manager to complete inspections efficiently.
• Schedule inspection meetings with insured onsite.
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos, and diagrams.
• Travel to insured locations, including overnight stays.
