Job summary
Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is a leading provider of Loss Control services for the property and casualty Insurance industry. We seek an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections and complete underwriting reports.
The role involves driving to locations, visually inspecting facilities, documenting findings, and submitting underwriting-ready reports through our online system. Expect field assignments daily or weekly across our coverage territory, with some overnight
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major insurers.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines (Property, GL, Inland Marine).
- Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes; knowledge of NFPA codes.
Responsibilities
- Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier requirements.
- Identify building construction, roof type, square footage and hazards.
- Complete assignments/reports by due dates and upload results.
- Communicate with Field Manager to optimize inspection workflow and costs.
- Coordinate inspection times with insured representatives on site.
- Prepare and report inspection results and diagrams; upload photos.
- Travel to insured locations, with possible overnight stays.
