• Budget monitoring and expense reconciliation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistical planning and execution of assigned training events.
• Identify and coordinate qualified vendors and obtain quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with Procurement for approvals.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and reconcile expenses for events.
• Maintain accurate event records across enterprise systems and information portals.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, contracts, FAR, JTR, and government requirements.
• Prepare final event layouts and logistical instructions for execution.
