Job summary

Motive seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and 3PL partners, and keep freight activities organized and on schedule across time zones.

You will work with the Senior Manager, Logistics & Trade Compliance, assist with documentation, data entry, reporting, and compliance questions, while location flexibility supports Louisville-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare shipment requests and confirm shipment details, including origin, destination, service level, quantities, weights, dimensions, and requested delivery dates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, parcel carriers, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL partners to support timely shipment execution.
• Track shipment milestones and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, and changes to internal stakeholders.
• Confirm proof of delivery and update shipment records after delivery.
• Support shipment approvals and ensure required information is available before freight is released.
