Job summary

Motive is seeking a remote Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day domestic and international shipments, maintain records, liaise with carriers and 3PL partners, and support compliance and reporting. The role collaborates with the Senior Manager, Logistics & Trade Compliance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data across the network.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating with parcel carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, or 3PL providers.
• Experience tracking shipments and managing delivery exceptions across multiple regions or service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare shipment requests and confirm details including origin, destination, service level, quantities, weights, and dates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL partners for timely execution.
• Track milestones and communicate delays or changes to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment records and support KPI reporting.
• Support shipment data reconciliation and documentation for audits.
