• Negotiate services and quotes with suppliers and carriers.

• Track and update shipment statuses in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Resolve logistics issues remotely to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Collaborate with the team virtually to optimize logistics processes and efficiency.
• Problem-solve transportation-related issues and conduct emergency assessments.
