Motive is seeking a remote Logistics Coordinator based in the United States to support domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers, and maintain records. This role is ideal for someone near Louisville, Kentucky who can collaborate with US warehouses and partners across time zones.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Logistics & Trade Compliance, providing operational support, data accuracy, and KPI reporting to keep freight moving on schedule.

Formación

• 2+ years in logistics coordination or related field.
• Experience with shipments, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Experience tracking shipments and handling delivery exceptions.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight invoices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare shipment requests with origin, destination, service level, weights, and dates.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Track milestones and inform stakeholders of delays or changes.
• Maintain shipment data in Motive systems and reconcile records.
• Prepare reports on status, on-time delivery, and logistics KPIs.
