Responsibilities

• Helping organise carrier shipments from load planning through to delivery.
• Maintaining dispatch schedules, dock timelines and inventory progress trackers.
• Liaising with vendors, drivers and internal departments on transport requirements.
• Preparing shipping manifests, bill of lading documents and delivery reports.
• Monitoring transit activity and flagging potential supply chain delays.
• Coordinating dock resources and supporting day-to-day warehouse distribution.
• Assisting senior logistics managers with carrier reviews and performance updates.

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Experience: Previous supply chain, warehouse, or coordination experience preferred

We're expanding our operations team and have an opening for a Logistics Coordinator. This position offers the chance to gain experience across different freight accounts while working in a structured, collaborative facility environment.

How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping organise carrier shipments from initial load planning through to delivery
• Maintaining dispatch schedules, dock timelines and inventory progress trackers

The Working Arrangement

This is a fully on-site Logistics Coordinator position in Louisville, working directly with the supply chain and warehouse management teams.

You'll have a consistent weekday schedule, guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop your transport coordination and inventory management skills.
