Job summary

HelloConnect seeks a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Inoza tower, BGC. You will liaise between production facilities and logistics partners, drive on-time delivery, manage vendor relationships, and resolve outbound shipping issues to boost customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to continuous logistics improvements, support SOP development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing with a strong interest in logistics (WMS, TMS, ERP Logistics, etc.).
• Excellent MS Excel skills for data-based problem solving.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset with initiative beyond the standard scope.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up to ensure key results.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and assertive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supply & Transport Coordination: liaise with supply planning and buying teams to schedule, organize, and monitor transportation.
• Carrier & Cost Optimization: compare vendor quotations, tender loads, build supplier relationships to drive cost savings.
• Shipment Tracking & Communication: monitor shipments through to final delivery and update cross-functional teams.
• Compliance & Scheduling: enforce SOPs for delivery and packing; book delivery appointments in Data Docks.
• Logistics & Layout Planning: organize and manage weekly truck layouts for efficiency.
• Process Improvement: assist in developing and refining SOPs for logistics improvements.
