Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting construction, mining, or remote projects is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and shipment tracking processes.
• Proficiency in logistics documentation and ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of logistics plans and procedures.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with various teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and report status and risks.
• Maintain accurate delivery forecasts and records.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports on logistics metrics and performance.
