Job summary

Perpetua Resources Corp. seeks a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily field operations at the Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho.

You will supervise field crews, maintain roads/infrastructure, and coordinate with environmental and engineering partners while emphasizing safety and regulatory compliance. The role supports drilling and construction activities, with a 14-on/12-off schedule, remote camp duties, and lodging meals provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related field supervision experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations staff daily to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Site Operations Superintendent on scheduling, budgeting and logistics.
• Maintain site infrastructure, equipment and vehicles; manage fuel usage.
• Assist drilling operations and oversee field supply inventory.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for Site Operations.
