Ledcor is seeking a Project Coordinator to be at the heart of mine-site operations. This site-based role involves real-time coordination with field teams to keep daily activities running smoothly and to support operational execution for safe, efficient mining projects.

You will collaborate with field operations, assist with planning, and contribute to progress reporting and documentation. The role requires on-site presence and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in field engineering, project coordination, or similar mining roles.
• Experience supporting multi-phase mining or resource projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, mining tech, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Interpret mine plans and specs to support field supervisors and crews.
• Perform quantity checks, production tracking, and daily progress reporting.
• Develop shift plans, work packages, and sequencing for site activities.
• Support surveying tasks, control point management, and as-built data collection.
• Compile daily labor timesheets, production logs, and reports.
• Participate in safety reviews and toolbox talks on site.
• Coordinate materials, consumables, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Organize crews, equipment assignments, and site logistics.
• Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractors.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical docs.
