Job summary

Zelh is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to efficiently build loads in client transportation systems, schedule pickups, and follow SOPs across accounts. The role emphasizes automation, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to improve throughput while maintaining quality.

You will work with Optimizer, Accelerator, and Vooma platforms, coordinate with shippers and internal teams, and contribute to reducing manual effort.

Qualifications

• Working with Optimizer and Accelerator for load building.
• Scheduling appointments through BiggerPicture and building through Vooma.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets; fast typing (≥20 WPM).
• Aptitude for identifying automation opportunities and applying SOP improvements.
• Team player with cross-organization collaboration.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build 40–50 TL loads per day and enter shipment data into Echo systems.
• Use Optimizer/Accelerator and Vooma per account SOP.
• Schedule and reschedule pickups/deliveries through BiggerPicture.
• Follow account-specific SOPs to meet customer requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase throughput.
• Validate shipment details before releasing loads.
• Add notes to systems to show load history.
• Communicate with shippers/receivers and internal teams.
• Reply to emails regarding building and scheduling promptly.
• Escalate blockers to Echo managers and team leads.
• Meet personal and team targets.
