Job summary

Zeeco, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the domestic movement of goods from suppliers to customers and company facilities.

You will ensure accurate shipping documentation, timely dispatch, and effective communication with carriers and internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency. You will coordinate with carriers, review documents, and maintain schedules while seeking cost-effective routing options and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of domestic logistics coordination or transportation planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to manage logistics expectations.
• Review POs and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Create and maintain domestic shipping docs (BOLs, packing lists, carrier labels).
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays with carriers.
• Maintain shipping schedules and report delays or cost issues.
• Assist with freight claims and carrier coordination for damaged shipments.
• Support freight spend management and budget alignment.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Apply knowledge of domestic shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
