Job summary

Zelh is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to build loads, schedule pickups, and optimize operations across client accounts. You will use Optimizer, Accelerator, BiggerPicture, and Vooma per account SOPs, with a daily production target and a focus on improving throughput while maintaining accuracy.

The role emphasizes automation, strong communication with stakeholders, and collaboration with sales and operations to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience building loads in transportation systems and scheduling pickups.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities within SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Build 40–50 truckload loads per day with data accuracy.
• Schedule and reschedule pickups and deliveries per SOPs.
• Validate shipment details before releasing loads.
• Add notes to systems for full visibility of load history.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams.
