Job summary

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead the lodge housekeeping and laundry teams, ensure cleanliness and safety, and manage the budget. This role requires directing daily room turnover, enforcing standards, and coordinating with maintenance and HR on staffing and training.

The position supports lodges across North America with rotational schedules and on-site responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and a commitment to guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in housekeeping, custodial, or facility services, with high-volume or multi-site operations.
• Experience managing housekeeping supervisors or large hourly teams.
• Remote-site or workforce housing experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations at the lodge, including guest rooms, dormitories, and common areas.
• Own the housekeeping budget and manage labor, linen, chemical, and supply costs against occupancy.
• Plan daily room assignments, cleaning schedules, and turnover to meet occupancy and arrival/departure demand.
• Establish cleanliness and quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for room-out-of-service reporting and timely room turnover.
