Job summary

Target Hospitality in Vernon, TX seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at the lodge, supervise housekeepers and laundry staff, and ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment.

The role requires 5+ years of housekeeping experience, strong English communication, ability to work 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in English.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team environment and with or without supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for leading the day-to-day housekeeping operations at the lodge and supervising staff.
• Direct the team to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain rooms to community standards and manage linen, cart, and chemical supplies.
• Ensure proper inventory and reporting of rooms cleaned.
• Exceed guest needs through world-class customer service.
• Attend safety meetings and follow emergency procedures.
