Job summary

Syncx is a physician workforce solutions company seeking an Account Manager to drive locum tenens placements. You will coordinate and push the process from job order to physician start date, while supporting ongoing client and agency relationships with proactive problem solving.

This is a fully remote position with the requirement to be visible on camera during team meetings. You will build relationships with client practice managers, manage data and credentialing deadlines, and continually seek

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in healthcare ecosystem.
• Adherence to laws and data handling best practices.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client practice managers and recruitment teams.
• Move candidates through the process from name clear to placement.
• Coordinate and drive the placement process from job order to start date.
• Utilize technology to build placements, create jobs, send invitations to agencies, set up shifts, process name clears, set up rates, and book assignments.
• Ensure data integrity in the system with up-to-date contacts, job descriptions and client details.
• Drive order fulfillment by ensuring accuracy of job information and clear communication with agencies.
• Assist in agency/client training and troubleshooting when using the technology.
• Review and submit candidates for locum tenens assignments to department leaders.
• Ensure client and agency satisfaction by meeting their needs.
• Work with credentialing to ensure deadlines are met and escalate when necessary.
