Job summary

Unknown Client is seeking a proactive, remote Client Development Specialist to grow and deepen client partnerships in locum tenens staffing. You will manage the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, coordinating with internal recruiters and operations to deliver qualified provider candidates and drive account expansion.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and collaboration across Finance and Operations to ensure timely scheduling and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2–3+ years in account management, client relations, or program coordination within agency staffing or healthcare solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multi-account portfolios and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent consultative communication, active listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts with remote communication and virtual check-ins.
• Understand client staffing needs and surface tailored workforce solutions.
• Present staffing solutions and value propositions to current and prospective clients.
• Support negotiation and execution of service agreements and maintain account documentation.
• Manage lifecycle of accounts from onboarding through ongoing program delivery with a strong service mindset.
• Relay provider job requirements to recruiters and present qualified submittals to clients timely.
• Overlap with Operations and Finance to ensure timesheets, billing, and schedule adherence.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist in quarterly reviews with strategic accounts.
