Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee localisation projects with a focus on cost efficiency and high-quality output. You will coordinate in-house and external resources and support Team Lead/Senior Project Managers and the Head of Operations.

You will prepare quotes, timelines and assist in developing new processes, while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction using MemoQ and Portico.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Bachelor degree, ideally language/translation focused.
• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Motivated, with problem solving and organisational skills.
• Flexible in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localisation projects with internal and external resources.
• Prepare quotes and timelines based on client requirements.
• Assist Team Lead/Senior Project Manager and Head of Operations.
• Select resources ensuring language breadth, experience and cost.
• Liaise with customers, monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Utilise MemoQ and Portico tools for project delivery.
• Support junior colleagues and maintain project structure.
